YOUR TYPICAL DAY:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you dive headfirst into a world of meaningful connections and transformative moments. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Current BCBA certification
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to collect and graph behavioral data for assessments and interventions
• Ability to write complex behavior support plans
• Ability to communicate intervention techniques and strategies to direct care staff and/or families
• Ability to maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures
